What are the delivery costs and options?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Pillow Talk uses The South African Post Office for free deliveries and a Courier Service for delivery to a physical address. Please note that there are additional charges on Courier Service for all orders BUT free delivery through the Post Office if orders are more than R500.

Orders will be dispatched on a daily basis and we will make sure that you receive your parcel on time. 2-3 days for major cities and 3-7 days for outlying areas.

Tracked Delivery to your door or nearest Post Office

For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking. You can easily track your order on the website with the tracking code we automatically send to you. Deliveries will be done Monday to Saturday only.

Discreet Packaging!

Our low prices give amazing value. You’ll be notified when your package will be sent. We provide discreet delivery in boring packaging and envelopes so nobody knows what’s inside.

Choosing Delivery Options

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option.

Orders placed for delivery to countries not listed will be cancelled and payment refunded.

What if you’re out when your order arrives?

If you’re out when the parcel arrives, your postperson or courier will leave a card telling you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

What if your order doesn’t arrive when you expect?

Returns & Refunds

At Pillow Talk, we’re not happy unless you are, which is why we offer a 90 day returns policy, for any reason, even if the product has been opened. Learn more about our Returns policy on our Returns & Refunds page.
